Kaohsiung Insider's groups allow members with common interests to find each other and keep in touch. Group members can post event listings for all to see, and post comments on the group log. Every group has its own page that lists group events. Group members can also post photos to their group's page.

BARK	We are a group of people who decided to work together to make a difference in the lives of animals in Kaohsiung. We dedicate our time to help animals who find themselves in dear need of help. Most of the animals we rescue are very sick, injured or abused. We capture them, we provide medical attention for them, and we do our best to show them that their cries for help are not in vain through rehabilitation and by giving them the proper care they deserve. We are a charity organization and although we wish we could, we are not able to rescue every animal in need. However, we provide individuals with resources, help and advice if they choose to make a difference and take responsibility for a needy animal. We also operate a CNR program which consists of Catching, Neutering, and Releasing animals where they were captured. For more information about CNR, visit our education page.	1

Enviro Kaohsiung	The Kaohsiung Environmentalists are a newly formed group of expatriates and local Taiwanese who volunteer their time and effort in support of our natural environment. Our actions involve a wide range of activities including beach clean ups and other direct actions, education, and work on air pollution and climate change. We're fast expanding our list of helpers and volunteers as we gain more ground in the battle for preserving Taiwan. Kaohsiung Roommate Pool	This is the group to join if you're looking to share a place in Kaohsiung. There always seems to be folks looking for a room, so become a member of the group while you're looking. Once you find a place, remove yourself from it so you don't get any further inquiries.
